Park and Ride and Parking Locations/Instructions

Except for limited Handicap parking and bicycle parking, there is no attendee parking authorized on the main UIW campus for the event. All authorized parking is free. Free Park & Ride buses will operate from 5pm – midnight.
BICYCLE PARKING on the UIW campus has been arranged. Bicycles may enter the UIW campus at Burr Road and Broadway and park anywhere on campus on the East side of the San Antonio River.
SCAM NOTICE: IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING PARKING & PURCHASING ENTRY TICKETS: Tickets for AHN 2025 may be obtained only two ways. (1) Advance tickets will be sold only through our online system (click on buy tickets button on header or footer of any page on our website). (2) ON-SITE ENTRY TICKETS FOR ALAMO HEIGHTS NIGHT 2025 WILL BE SOLD ONLY AT THE EVENT ENTRY GATES ON THE DATE OF THE EVENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE INCARNATE WORD. ATTENDEES SHOULD NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE EVENT IN ADVANCE AT ANY OTHER LOCATION AS THEY WILL NOT BE VALID ENTRY TICKETS. IF APPROACHED BY ANYONE AT EVENT PARKING LOCATIONS OR ON THE EVENT BUSSES, PLEASE NOTIFY THE UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICERS ON DUTY AT THE PARKING LOTS.

Alamo Heights Methodist Church (Nottingham and Treeline Park): Free park and ride.

Alamo Heights High School (6900 Broadway): Free a park and ride.

UIW Ancira Garage: Vendor parking only (parking passes to be issued by AHNLLC). Enter at UIW Entry Gate on the Northbound access road to Hwy 281 N just off Hildebrand Avenue.

UIW Building parking lots (entrance on West side of Broadway, South of Hildebrand). Parking is available, and the Park and Ride drop off and pick up location will be in the lot on the West side of Broadway. Attendees will walk across Hildebrand and/or Broadway/Hildebrand and enter at the Hildebrand entry gate.

Bicycle Parking: Bicycles can park in this area or anywhere else on the campus East of the River. Bicycles enter campus at Broadway or Hildebrand entrances.

UIW East campus (4301 Broadway): NO Parking

Handicap parking is available outside the UIW Parking Garage (Building 35) on the campus east side of the bridge. Enter only at Broadway entrance.

All other parking areas on campus are controlled and not available for general attendee/volunteer parking.

San Antonio Zoo Parking Garage (Tuleta): Free park and ride.
