During Alamo Heights Night 2026, you will find a variety of entertainment, food and fun on the University of the Incarnate Word Campus. The following information will help get you prepared for fun at the event. Did we miss something? Give us a jingle at 210-273-1961

OPERATING HOURS

Alamo Heights Night 2026 will be open from 5:30 – 11:30 pm on April 17, 2026.

University of the Incarnate Word, 4301 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209.

ADMISSIONS/TICKETS

Your admission charge includes access to all entertainment and public areas. Children under 12 and active and reserve military with an ID are always admitted free. Admission is for the entire event. If you wish to leave the grounds and return later that same day, please be sure to have your hand stamped at an exit gate. Pre-sale tickets are available online: CLICK HERE. On-site admission ticket sales are by cash only. Pick-up of FREE Military tickets is available only on-site on day of the event

FOOD AND DRINK

Great food and drinks are sold throughout the grounds. Visitors are prohibited from bringing food and beverages onto the festival grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, beer, wine and distilled spirits. All food and drink sales require tickets. These tickets are available at 5 Food/Drink Ticket booths around the event site. Tickets may be purchased only with cash. ATMs are available throughout the grounds.

BOOTH INFORMATION

To sign up to host your own vendor booth, you must complete a 2026 Vendor Booth Application and follow all 2026 Booth Guidelines. Please review 2026 Booth Guidelines: CLICK HERE.

SEATING

Limited seating is provided in all entertainment areas. Patrons may not bring personal seating (such as bag chairs) onto the festival grounds unless needed for medical reasons.

PROPER ATTIRE

Shirts and shoes are required attire for festival patrons. Fiesta clothing and head wear are encouraged. Smiles required.

RAIN

Alamo Heights Night continues rain or shine. No rain dates are scheduled. Announcements will be made if an emergency weather situation should require evacuation. No refunds.

PARKING

There is no patron parking on the campus north of Hildebrand. Limited free parking is available on the campus grounds South of Hildebrand and free shuttle service and free parking is available at all Park and Ride locations. CLICK HERE to view a map with parking and park and ride information.

HANDICAP FACILITIES

Grounds are handicap accessible. Handicap parking is available in the parking lot off of Hildebrand and at all Park and Ride locations.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Only trained service animals will be allowed on the festival grounds. Please leave other pets in the safety of your home.

SOCIAL MEDIA

INFORMATION/HELP

The Event INFORMATION BOOTH is located in front of the Convocation Center. Go there to get information and assistance on any issue or question you might need help with. There is an up to date large sketch map of the event area outside the booth and small printed copies of the event map are available if you need them.

FIRST AID

FIRST AID STATION will be located inside the North Gate. Please go there should you need any minor medical assistance at the event. If there is an EMERGENCY, contact the nearest uniformed Police Officer (you will find them throughout the event area). They can call for assistance and will assist you with the medical response. 

LOST PEOPLE

A lost person post is located at the event Headquarters / Information Booth. The booth is staffed at all times to provide assistance.

EMERGENCIES

In the event of an EMERGENCY WEATHER SITUATION, the University will make announcements over the campus loud speaker system. The instructions given along with those given by the Police are designed to keep you safe during your visit to our event. Alamo Heights Night will not close because of rain unless it presents a safety hazard or is required by the University. With your safety always foremost on our minds, we will keep you informed during the event of any changing conditions.

ATM

Automatic teller machines are located at the entry and elsewhere on the festival grounds. The machines accept Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Discover, American Express and all other Pulse cards. Admission, food, and drink ticket sales are cash only, so stock up on greenbacks!

Drink tickets are sold in $1 denomination at all event ticket booths.

ATTENDEE AND BAG SCREENING

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, all attendees and bags entering the festival will be subject to security screening. CLICK HERE to see details. If possible, please travel lightly and leave your bags at home. Alamo Heights Night is not responsible for items left in parked cars.

Additional FAQs

5:30 -11:00 pm, Football Field and nearby parking lots. Attendees may purchase a wristband authorizing unlimited use of the game activities on and adjacent to the football field only. Wristbands may be purchased at all ticket booths for $25. Tickets may still be used for individual use of those activities.

Volunteers are essential to the success of Alamo Heights Night.  If you are interested in volunteering for Alamo Heights Night, there are several opportunities to choose from, including food/drink tickets sales, water/soda sales, beer, wine, margarita sales, and other opportunities. Volunteers obtain FREE entry to the event. CLICK HERE to be connected to information on signing up as a VOLUNTEER. At the event, volunteers will check in at Booth 1 and will process through a special screening section and gate to enter the at the Main Entrance Area.

The Alamo Heights Night LLC is a 501(c)(3) charity and plans and operates the event for the Alamo Heights Rotary Club (AHRC). The proceeds from the event are used by the AHRC to support charitable organizations, community service, and scholarships. A number of non-profit organizations also operate booths at the event to raise funds for their activities.
